A day of learning inspiration, collaboration and support
The Learning Network is about bringing the L&D community together so, every year we host ‘Connect’ – a unique event offering a world of new ideas, fresh thinking and engaging debate to innovate, inspire and empower attendees.
Inspiring speakers, expert presentations, real-life case studies and debates, exclusive networking time and a dedicated exhibition area.
Be the disruption
"Disruptive innovation can hurt, if you are not the one doing the disrupting.“
Change is not just inevitable but a constant. With rapid technological advancements, economic shifts, and evolving human factors, mastering the art of productive disruption is key to L&Ds continue contributions to operational success.
This year, we explore how we can take a proactive approach to disruption. Treating it not merely as an external force but an opportunity for crafting change within our organisations.
Ensuring we lead change rather than just respond to it. How can we drive and shape the disruption we desire in our organisations?
This year's Connect will explore:
How L&D can anticipate and lead disruptive changes in technology and wider business operations.
How we can create agile, adaptable, and resilient L&D functions.
The role of human behaviour and organisational culture in embracing and driving disruptive change.
Connecting L&D initiatives to tangible operational improvements, demonstrating the ROI of the L&D function.
The Learning Network invites the L&D Community to join us, discuss and debate the industry’s biggest challenges and, perhaps, begin shaping the future.
