Member discounts are only offered to full Learning Network members and Industry Partner members. You must login to obtain your discount.
Your membership should not be used to buy tickets for non-members. Bulk discounts are available for Industry Partners who purchase six tickets or more. Please contact the LN Membership Administrator to enquire about bulk discounts.
Event registrations can be refunded up to seven days prior to the event, thereafter tickets can be exchanged; full details to be emailed to the LN Administrator.

Visitors to the LN website may choose to subscribe to receive the LN newsletter, or interact with the LN through our non-member events, and other non-member services.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. As a member, you will receive essential operational emails from our website which enable you to login, reset your password, and renew your membership unless you choose to close your account.
If you choose not to renew your status as an Individual Member, Team Member, or Industry Partner, your account will be removed and your personal information erased from the LN website within 12 months of the date of expiry.
You will continue to be subscribed to our newsletter, even if your membership expires, until you choose to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email that we send.
The primary way that we communicate with website visitors and members is via our email newsletter. To send you emails, we transfer your full name and email address to MailChimp, which acts as a data processor under GDPR. If you are not currently an Individual Member, Team Member, or Industry Partner, we may send you information via email about LN events and services which may be of interest to you, only with your consent.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. As a member, you will still receive essential operational emails from our website which enable you to login, reset your password, and renew your membership, unless you choose to close your account.
When you register for LN events as a member or non-member, you will be asked for additional information. This information is only used for the purpose of managing your attendance at the event and is not stored for other purposes. You will receive emails connected with your attendance, including operational information about the event.
For webinars and hybrid events, your email address will be passed to Zoom, for the purpose of delivering the webinar, after which your details are not stored. The Zoom privacy policy is here: https://zoom.us/privacy
To provide our member mentoring scheme, it is necessary to collect additional personal information such as your career goals, career aspirations, and personal information from mentors who may not be Members or Industry Partners.
We use Guider to manage our mentoring scheme. The Guider privacy policy is here: https://guider-ai.com/privacy-policy/
On the basis of your consent to participate in the Mentoring scheme and share the information we need, this data is held securely by the LN for a maximum period of 12 months from the completion of a mentoring relationship.
Members of the LN have access to members-only communication tools, including Slack.
When you join the LN, your name and email address are transferred to Slack for the purpose of enabling communication between members on a wide range of topics.

We routinely interact with visitors and members on social media. This currently includes: YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Use of these social media sites are governed by their individual privacy policies.
