Leading Training is a full-stack learning solutions company. We began in 2000 as a development, consulting and training company in open-source software and have grown to provide a suite of learning solutions to our customers. We have a wealth of experience in delivering both classroom and online learning, and we help companies to digitally transform their learning and development initiatives and we create dynamic content to engage their users. Our approach has always been to empower people. To this end, we assist and support companies to create and host their own LMSs to manage their learning content.
While we offer a broad range of IT and soft skills courses, we do have areas of specialisation. These include programming, data analytics, graphic design, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Our team is constantly learning to keep our content fresh and relevant, and we use scientific best practice in learning design. We have a diverse set of skills and passions, and we have taken advantage of these to provide our customers with the skills or support they need.
Our pride has always been in our ability to effectively impart new skills to our customers. We believe training should be practical, engaging, and accessible. We believe in and encourage a blended-learning approach to maximise retention, application and, hopefully, enjoyment in our courses and those of our customers.
