Join us for 4 weeks of yoga sessions with Fiona McBride starting Friday 1st March 2024.

Fiona will take us through the practice of yoga by spending time learning physical postures, and other elements of a rounded practice: breath awareness, stillness and relaxation.

The sessions will take place 7:45am – 8:45am each Friday so you can begin your day relaxed and refreshed.

About your teacher

Fiona McBride, a certified yoga teacher from Sussex, embarked on her yoga journey in 2018. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she specialized in Yoga & Somatics, Restorative Yoga, and Mantra & Meditation.

Fiona passionately teaches Hatha and Vinyasa flow, along with Restorative yoga, emphasizing mindful movement and breath connection. Her continuous learning, through yoga literature and podcasts, reflects her dedication to holistic well-being.

What to expect at class

Each class will have a slightly different focus, however, there are things you’ll notice we always do:

  • We start sitting or lying on the floor
  • Bring our awareness to our breath to start our practice
  • We take our time to move, allowing the body to awaken and warm up
  • Have a mixture of lying, sitting, standing, and balancing postures
  • Always finish back where we started, lying in Savasana.

Who should attend?

The course is open to all levels. So, if you’ve never tried yoga before or you have a regular practice, these sessions are for you.

But I’m not very flexible!

You can totally practice yoga if you’re inflexible. Yoga is for everyone! Flexibility, size, age or level really don’t matter. As long as you can get up and down from the floor with relative ease – you’ll be great!

It is important you let the teacher know if you have any medical conditions or injuries that can limit your range of movement. You will be asked to complete a Health Form the week before the course starts, you can confidently share anything you need to on that.

Additionally, you are welcome to have a call with Fiona in advance of the course starting, if you have anything you’d like to discuss.


Come prepared with the following:

  • A space where you can practice comfortably
  • Good internet connection (so you can join the class via Zoom)
  • Comfy clothes you can easily move around in
  • Yoga mat (if possible)
  • Blanket
  • Cushion


This series is limited to 20 attendees, so please ensure you book the time for all four sessions in your diary when you register.

To complete your registration, you must complete the RSVP below, AND complete the new student form linked below. The form will collect information Fiona is required to collect before including you in a class.
