eLN Industry partners CommsLearning and ThinkBiscuit Media are hosting an ‘un-conference’ for eLearning network members. Four industry experts will be hosting round-table chats discussing their own areas of expertise. We are delighted to be running this in-person event at the funky platf9rm building in the centre of Brighton, providing a great opportunity for networking, learning, and perhaps even a bit of fun!
It is free to attend for eLearning Network members. Not an eLN member? Not a problem!

How it will work
Attendees will be divided into groups to rotate through sessions throughout the afternoon. Each of our experts will be leading their own thought-provoking group discussions and we’ll wrap the day up with some drinks and further networking opportunities.
Table 1: Managing Digital Learning projects
Paul will be discussing his experience of how to manage eLearning projects and stakeholders successfully.
Table 2: eLearning tools and tips
Michael Ditchburn will be giving his advice on building eLearning and the tools that you use to do this.
Table 3: The future of training
Hannah Gore will be discussing the future of training, how the workshops of tomorrow could take place, during and post-pandemic.

Paul Service, Director of CommsLearning, is a highly accomplished senior business leader with vast exposure within the digital learning/technology space having designed and built e-Learning systems for some of the world’s largest organisations.
He will be sharing his experiences in providing solutions through strategic business analysis in critical arms of business providing bespoke digital learning solutions to meet specific needs.
 
Michael Ditchburn, Director of ThinkBiscuit, is an experienced Leader and Learning Professional with expertise in project management, content production (including e-Learning, video, and printed media), instructional
design, training delivery, people management, and programme and project delivery and evaluation.
Most recently, Michael had the privilege of leading a team to create an e-learning eCommerce brand from scratch with brand-new content and services.
With over 20 years of L&D experience in face-to-face, online and blended, Dr. Hannah Gore has led innovations in the public and private sectors. Her achievements include leading a Business School in 93 countries, working with corporate giants, to creating content for circa 10m learners globally for The Open University for iTunes U, Amazon Kindle, and YouTube, to name but a few.
Hannah is also an Associate Lecturer in research methodologies and ethics at The Open University for their triple-accredited MBA programme.
