Coping with overwhelming content requests in L&D

This event has passed.

With over 15 years of experience delivering digital, classroom and blended learning solutions I’ve seen and done a lot. From sales enablement, product marketing, system training and product support to onboarding, career development and compliance training. I’ve even created training to castrate a dog!

Working in training or learning and development, we’ve all felt that feeling of being overwhelmed with the responsibility to continually create training programmes at high velocity to solve everyone’s problems.

For the next 45 minutes let me be your ally, but challenge you to ask yourself, is your content working as hard as you are in making it?

How often do we get the chance to pause and reflect on the approach and impact of the content we are creating? How often do we look at the tools and the process we’re following? How often do we look at other options for delivering or producing content?

In this presentation, I’m going to delve into all this and more. I’ll aim to provide insights and practical solutions to these common challenges and share some of my favourite hints and tricks along the way.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, it might be worth finding 45 mins in your day to tune in.

  • Are you being asked to solve every problem in your organisation?
  • Are you struggling to see an impact from the content you are creating?
  • Are the engagement stats on your learning platform lower than you are expecting?
  • Are you being asked to create content at velocity without the resources in your team?
  • Are you stuck producing tones and tones of SCORM content?
