The pandemic has resulted in unprecedented change for many organisations, for Kaplan a large Professional Education company with over 20,000 students at any one time, the challenge was to move them from the classroom to online in a matter of days. This required planning, significant levels of support for faculty and students, together with timely information in order to monitor progress and assist with agile decision making.High levels of collaboration were necessary across the whole of Kaplan to ensure nothing was missed. This was made even more difficult by employees having to cope with the problems that result from working from home.
This is a story of delivering learning at scale whilst at the same time ensuring our students remained on track and mentally strong, confident enough to attempt the high-stake examinations that ultimately determine their future careers.
In this session, you will learn:
What technologies and approaches worked best in terms of support for our students and faculty
