eLN Learning Technologies Awards Showcase Webinar Series – SAGE

This event has passed.

Here is what SAGE has to say about their award-winning Learning Technologies 2020 project.“To ensure colleague success in living our values, in 2020 we re-imagined our Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct project was not about simply replacing the existing eLearning. It was reimagining compliance education and how it contributes to our vision.”
SAGE right-clicked and deleted their previous rules-based statements and replaced them with empowering guiding principles for colleagues to apply, using their own good judgment.
This created a crucial foundation for a high-performing SaaS culture. To further bring SAGE values to life for colleagues, they transformed the colleague Code of Conduct learning experience.
© It was interactive and engaging.

“The innovative approach to the design of learning content, combining emotive design with sentiment analysis, really made this entry stand out. The focus during performance consulting on how learners should act and feel, rather than what they needed to know, was refreshing. The team also demonstrated a technically innovative approach to capturing users’ sentiment as they went through the programme.”
