About your presenter - Matt Ash

I’ve spent the last decade working collaboratively with global businesses across multiple industries, helping them deliver effective people, culture and change programmes. I love problem solving by borrowing ideas and models from multiple industries, balancing short-term gains with long-term thinking.

Working in L&D has taken me from digital learning design through to leading a large client facing creative team at a fast-growing & multi-award winning learning provider. I recently pivoted to setup my own business and work directly with clients on their learning strategy.
