The Why
The cost of living crisis will be affecting everyone in different ways and it is critical that managers feel equipped to have more personal and sensitive conversations with their employees to maintain an open and productive working environment. Around 89% of adults in Great Britain report that their cost of living has increased, equal to around 46 million people, according to the most recent ONS survey.
