Something big is coming to the Learning Network calendar this year and we know that you’ll be just as excited as we are to get involved.
The Learning Network Exchange (LNx) is an opportunity for our members to see examples of real-life projects. Think about it – how often do you get to sneak a peek at what everyone else in the industry is working on? How do you know if your own projects really stack up against the competition, or other examples in your industry?
We’ll be hosting this event on Thursday 15th September at The Exchange, University of Birmingham, so save the date in your calendar now. We’ll be in touch soon with more information on how delegates can book a place.
Right now though, we’re looking for people to exhibit their projects at LNx and you can register your interest by completing our quick form. We’ll get back to you with all of the details you need.
In the meantime, here are just a few reasons to get involved in this inaugural annual event.
Show your work
Got a project you’re super proud of, something you’d value a bit of feedback on, or maybe you’re wondering whether it’s award-worthy? Our members can help with that.
- Exhibiting at LNx is a great way to get your work noticed, expand your network, get honest feedback and benchmark your projects.
- Thinking of entering your project for an Award? Find out how your project stacks up and practice showing it off to an audience.
- There are prizes up for grabs (did we forget to mention that?). We’ll be announcing category winners as well as an overall winner on the day. As well as a shiny award to take away, winners will have the opportunity to join us at the Learning Design Live Lounge at World of Learning and our annual conference, Connect, to show off their winning project. We’ll also invite you to write a blog post about your project which we’ll share on our website and on our socials.
- There’s no charge for joining us as an exhibitor, you just need to be a Learning Network member.
Come along and be inspired
So you’re not ready to exhibit a project this year, but you don’t want to miss out on the buzz? Sounds good to us. Someone has to help us judge all those projects.
- You’ll get to see some creative examples of projects from across different industries and sectors, and find out more about how they were planned, designed and built.
- You’re the judge! You’ll score each project using your online score card and we’ll be announcing the Members’ Choice award at the end of the day.
- Can’t get to Birmingham? No problem. This is a hybrid event so you’ll be able to drop into our Zoom room throughout the day to see demos of the projects and join us via live stream for the awards announcement at the end of the day. Of course, you’ll be able to score the projects too.
- There’s no charge for joining us as a delegate, you just need to be a Learning Network member.
Thank you to our industry partners Possibl and iSpring for sponsoring this exciting event.
