Virtual Roundtable: Know Thy Audience – Product Mindset in L&D

This event has passed.

Know your audience is a bullet point on every L&D team’s agenda, but how do we actually do it? And, do we do it well?

In this virtual roundtable, we’ll discuss:

  • How we conduct audience research today,
  • Whether current practices are working,
  • How we can convince organisations to see the value in audience research,
  • Techniques used in the product world to achieve a deep understanding of users and their problems.

Be prepared to get involved

Our roundtables are all about you, the attendees, are the central contributors. We encourage you to bring your questions, insights, and perspectives to the table. This is an opportunity for you to voice your concerns, share your experiences, and consider how well you really know your audience.

Who Should Attend

This roundtable is ideal for L&D professionals, instructional designers, HR specialists, and anyone interested in understanding of their audience and how product management skills can be utilised in L&D.

Expectations

Come prepared to engage, learn, and contribute. Your insights and questions will drive the conversation, leading to a rich conversation.

We’ll use Miro to capture your thoughts and then discuss our collective ideas as a group. The session will be recorded for other members to view at a later date. We’ll also use these sessions to write short white papers throughout the year, detailing the network’s thinking on key topics. No personal information will be included in this paper such as who contributed which comments, but all roundtable attendees will be listed at the start of the paper as contributors.
