- Why mentoring is so important
- The benefits to both mentor and mentee through the relationship
- How our mentoring program works
- What you need to think about as you create your mentoring profile
- And there will be lots of time for discussion and questions

Our roundtables are all about you, the attendees, are the central contributors. We encourage you to bring your questions, insights, and perspectives to the table. This is an opportunity for you to voice your concerns, share your experiences, and consider how well you really know your audience.
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in mentoring! You might be an experienced mentee / mentor eager to share your experience, or you might be taking your first steps in mentoring.
