Virtual Roundtable: Purposeful AI Conversations and Other Uses of AI in L&D

This event has passed.

Join us for an engaging and insightful virtual roundtable on AI in learning and development (L&D), starting with Purposeful AI Conversations. This event aims to further equip L&D people to explore and exploit AI large language models (LLMs),
although broader AI concepts may arise.

Many professionals are looking for acumen with LLMs, the current hot topic in AI. They can be used in many ways across the learning function, but clarity is needed about how to apply the concepts, and how to overcome misplaced expectations of what is available now, and what is likely to emerge in the coming months and
years.

Participant-Driven Discussion

This roundtable is unique in that you, the attendees, are the central contributors. We encourage you to bring your questions, insights, and perspectives to the table. This is an opportunity for you to broaden your perspectives, gain insights, share your experiences, and plan for how you might use particularly LLMs in learning and development.

Key Topics

  • Focussing purposeful conversations.
  • Adding authoritative content (avoiding hallucinations).
  • The dynamics of conversations.
  • AI across the learning function.

Who Should Attend

This roundtable is ideal for L&D professionals, instructional designers, HR specialists, and anyone interested in the intersection of AI and workplace learning. All L&D participants are welcome to this roundtable, even though it was motivated by conversations following the AI Mastery Day in Bristol on 21st February. You need not have attended that event to benefit from this one.

Expectations

Come prepared to engage, learn, and contribute. Your insights and questions will drive the conversation, leading to a richer understanding of AI’s role in our professional lives.

Join us for this thought-provoking discussion and be a part of shaping the future of AI LLMs in learning and development.

Thank you to the roundtable faciliators and industry partner...
