In this short session, we will look at facilitation skills through a slightly different lens than we might normally. This session will provide you with practical ideas for how to borrow elements of facilitation practice to elevate your design and you never know, it might even give you some helpful facilitation tips too.

The session will answer the following questions:

    • what’s the purpose of the session?
    • what are the critical things to land with the participants to achieve the objectives?
    • where/how will they draw out the discussion, among many more factors?
