Frequently asked questions
There may be two reasons:
- Your membership may have expired. Members must renew payment every 12 months.
- If you’ve just joined, it may take us a few hours to manually approve your membership. If it’s urgent, please give us a nudge at contactus@thelearning-network.org.
Memberships are automatically renewed each year (1 calendar year from the date of registration).
You can cancel your recurring membership at any time via the ‘Membership’ section of your profile.
Then team membership is what you’re looking for. It lets you buy individual memberships in bulk and transfer them to new joiners if a team member leaves.
Individual Membership - £29 per year
Memberships renew automatically each year until cancelled.
