Start supercharging: 5 elements proven to boost value

This event has passed.

In a digital-first world of work, the opportunities to learn are limitless – how will you cope?Longitudinal research by the eLN and PeopleStar continues to uncover proven ways learning professionals can thrive in a disruptive, learning hungry and digital world.
In 2021 the research revealed 5 Supercharging elements of Self-compassion, Personal impact, Professional impact, Evidence-based Learning, and Adaptability. These elements, along with the supporting guides and resources, are proven to guide professionals to cope with the overwhelming L&D environment and turn their growing demands into an advantage.
As we open this year’s research, we also share how we are digging deeper and we showcase a real case story, highlighting how driving the 5 elements accelerates impact and restores balance for professionals as well as entire L&D teams. The enhanced insights also focus on what happens when professionals take a system approach to driving the elements, inspiring others outside of L&D to ’Supercharge’ through a ripple effect.
In this session you will discover and learn:

Why a ‘Supercharging’ mindset and approach accelerates value
Why taking a systemic approach to ‘Supercharging’ inspires others to ’Supercharge’ too
A real case story, showcasing the difference driving the 5 elements is making within L&D and across their organisations
How simple it is to get involved and incorporate the 5 elements as guiding principles to restore balance and boost value
